Here's a quick little screen grab of what the beacon looks like and also what the ball looks like. It's literally a red arrow like this so just follow it out to the spot where the ball is. You may need to increase your draw distance if it's set at 32m or less because there's a little distance there between the beacon point and the ball.
Anyway, the ball contains 7 free hairs, plus a hud for the splash colors to change the tones. The splash colors are fantasy tones like pink, aqua, purple etc. And the hud allows for some ombre tones and even for tinting. Just buy the ball for 0L!
I'm wearing the lovely pop scotch hair today. The hair comes in two pieces, a mesh piece that attaches to the skull and a flexi piece that attaches separately. I recommend you click add instead of wear on the flexi piece. I used the hud to change the color to this pink and black ombre color.
I know a lot of people have blogged this mesh top and the shorts that come with it from the Asteria Creations group gift. But I just wanted to wear the top and make a different outfit. Sadly, there's no alpha layer for just the top but I found that by wearing a slightly bigger size (medium instead of small) that the top fits fairly well without one.
Edit: unfortunately when I went to the shop to confirm the location of the gift and post a slurl, the gift was removed. It looks as if the shop has been remodeled so it may be the gift will be put back out but it wasn't there today when I looked.

My shoes are super sexy pink glitter zebra versions of the Vertigo pumps from N-core and they are FREE as a group gift. The group does cost 50L to join however, but these pumps are a great pair of shoes.

Well my necklace, earrings and bracelets all came from one of those boxes. There are four other colors of the necklace and earring set and both gold and silver versions of the bracelets and several colors in there. Great value!
It's a 99L offer at this round of Designer Circle. She's called Leandra and she comes in three tones. She comes with and without cleavage and with a couple of freckle tattoos if you like that look. Appliers are also offered for 99L. Leandra is by WoW skins and she is really a wow. Follow the beacon.

I'm wearing Liner by Boom - Liquid Glaze - Hot Pink (They are in back of the main store, I don't know, maybe Boom is discontinuing them but they are great, 35L per color)
My nail appliers are from a set by Hello Dave. Get a 35 color palette, both fingers and toes for 99L.
I also want to mention that if you have a few lindens in your pocket while you are at Analog Dog/Point B, you should take a look at their discount hair. There is a large selection of nice hairs, most of them 75L a color pack, a few are 125L a color pack. Still a good deal!
